The binding is relatively unusual, as it includes a third protective flap. Over 100 pages of advertisements with many illustrations. Includes a historical photo from prior owner bound in. Book shows moderate handling wear and evidence of age. Minor dampstain along inner edge, but it only affects the first ~10 pages. Very Solid/appealing overall book with unique binding. See photos.
