Seller is beyond reasonable & fair. Unfortunately the lamp arrived broken which was no fault of the seller. The item was packaged very thoroughly & it arrived very quickly. The lamp shade is glass & fragile so unfortunately sometimes these things happen w/ shipping. I let the seller know & she immediately gave me a full refund for my purchase. The little lamp is still functional & the damage is not very noticeable. I'm VERY happy w/ my purchase & can highly recommend this seller. Thank you!
