I received a defective item and wanted a refund and return this. The seller contacted me and said I do not have to return it and they will refund the money. In my opinion, this seller is very upfront and honest. I have bought other items from them and all were in excellent condition. It was not the sellers fault for the defective item as this was sealed from the factory. I would recommend this seller to everyone. An honest and great seller.

DVD came in as promised, wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and plastic for protection, which I am grateful for. Shipping was quite fast, however tracking update wasn’t as precise, packaged arrived and did not know as tracking did not inform. Overall, package came in good condition, no issues with the CD itself. I would buy from this seller again.
