Needed item quickly. Reached out to seller and confirmed item would be shipped the next day (a Saturday). It shipped as promised. It was the best price on eBay for this item and there were numerous more expensive or higher shipping. This was a very good deal and great communication with seller. Package arrived quickly- appreciate that. The plastic package was open all the way across the top(Yikes!!); and the item was still inside. Don’t know how/where the pkg was opened unless damaged by USPS.

I was initially concerned that the seller was shipping this Alcatel Joytab 2 tablet in a portfolio case inside a bubblewrap envelope. I had seen a laptop screen shipped in a similar manner, and the screen arrived crushed. But this arrived in perfect condition, besides the power port damage the seller had disclosed in the ad. It was shipped fast. The packaging worked. So, excellent transaction.
