I rarely leave a positive feedback since it's typically grossly overrated. In this case, I did have a great experience that was motivating enough for me to leave positive feedback. I got the book at a good price, it was exceptionally well packaged, and it arrived well within the time frame. I had 14 eBay purchases waiting for me when I got back from a long trip, and this one really stood out as arriving from people who cared, or at least an employee who cared.
