Items in their original boxes are shipped in a second cardboard box, OR in a padded mailer with a rigid cardboard wrap surrounding the item. Fragile breakable or easily-marred items are shipped in a cardboard box. Clothing or non-fragile items may ship in a padded mailer. Certain low-cost, high-weight items may be shipped in a Priority flat-rate padded mailer with cardboard wrapping surrounding the items. ALL items receive some sort of void fill, bubble wrap protection, or both- usually both unless the items are very cheap, too large or too heavy to benefit from bubble wrap, or otherwise do not require the protection. I was glad to get this kit. I built a 1/72 version of the SM 79. This kit is as described and gott to my door in good order despite the Winter weather. It was Packed well. The shipping was reasonable. The cost of the Kit was very affordable. In my Books this seller is A1 and 5Star. So, if this seller has another kit at a great price I will buy it. Over and Out.
