We did our diligence cleaning this item, but this item can still use a good wipe upon receipt. We only have the ability to ship to the lower 48 states. However you are welcome to provide your own shipping label if you would like to use your own account. We can send our email address, dimensions, weight and shipping address after payment is processed via eBay policy. We do however charge a $10 packing material fee if you do decide to provide your own label
