EBay’s shipping fees are excessive but the item arrived, as advertised, & in great condition for a second hand pillow pet. Our son was very happy to receive this gift which replaced a lost one. Packaging was effective & it arrived in time for his birthday. The cost for the pillow pet was very reasonable & great value but the postage costs made it very expensive to purchase from Australia. If it wasn’t a sentimental purchase, we probably wouldn’t have proceeded with this purchase.

The items were just as described in great condition. She was so helpful in helping me get what I needed and was absolutely wonderful. Great value especially given that Graco had NO replacement parts.
