Any orders placed after 2:00PM EST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. We ship almost all orders in cardboard boxes. The item is placed in the center of the box and the outer edges are padded well with packing paper. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap for further protection. Some very small items or plush products may be shipped in a padded envelope. International Shipping We only ship internationally using the eBay Global Shipping Program. Package arrived in good condition, item was packed well but I had issues with the condition of the item. The box was listed as damaged, which was fine because the price reflected that. However, there was no apparent damage to the actual Funko Pop by viewing the photos and reading the listing but it was damaged to my dismay. The seller offered a full refund or a 20% refund to keep item. I thought 20% more off the price paid was fair so I took it. Problem resolved so I am happy enough now.

I cannot say enough good things about Ozone Toys. I’ve made several purchases lately and every one has been outstanding. The packaging and shipping were top notch. They definitely report damage to collectibles, but they honestly make them out worse than they really are. Each collectible I’ve purchased has been better than expected.
