Seller communication was good. Item shipped a little slower then desired but arrived nonetheless. Item arrived in a soft mailer and the outer box was slightly crushed, leaving me disappointed. However, the contents of the box appear to be in good condition. I recommend a rigid box and some bubble wrap next time a similar item is shipped! Thank you.
