It arrived 3 days ahead of schedule thanks to FedEx,. It was very well packed, and double boxed, so undamaged. I have opened the AOR box and as far as I can see it is complete, as it will be some weeks before I will be erecting it on a new mast. Great communication, and super fast delivery from Japan. The item arrived brand new in the original box, unopened (thus the five stars) however there was some damage (which clearly happened in manufacturing). They promptly contacted me offering a full and complete refund, or the option of a deep discount to keep the item. More than fair. Would absolutely do business with them again. A+
