I just want to reiterate I have no problems with the vendor, I did receive my product late yesterday afternoon, on time by the way, and I am very happy with it. The box for this is a cheap recycled one with little support thus despite a good bubble wrapped envelope the blu ray came loose and was rolling around inside. It was badly scratched and skipped. Seller gave full refund and replied quickly! I appreciate their customer service. Would buy again from them!
