First I received an empty envelope from Amazon with seller's info. I got the items the next day but not after I tried to contact seller. Seller gave me the robotic response of "we accept your return and here's a shipping label to return items." Obviously, my message was not read. There was nothing to return. The next day, I received the items in my mailbox. HOWEVER, the description didn't match items.I got 3.5 oz bars of soap, not 4.4. oz. I'm done with this order.

My first experience with this Seller was so positive - I ordered from him again! The first time - my order took about 5 days to arrive; 2nd time took about 6. I bought female diapers for my 17 year-old little incontinent elderly shih-tzu who is scheduled to be compassionately euthanized soon, so I will likely not be ordering this product for her again, but if she were to have a long life ahead of her - I would order from this seller again.
