   Item arrived as described and is in great condition and works flawlessly. The seller did refund me for shipping with the correct amount of tax included due to a mistake he made on his end after I contacted him where he sent the item out without tracking even though I originally paid extra for Expedited Parcel shipping that was meant to include tracking. Regardless, the item was packaged securely and did make it to its destination safely.

   Item shipped a few days after order was placed. Item was well packaged, but it still took some damage during transit. Item was as described; however, due to shipping and handling, the item arrived damaged. Was able to reach out to the seller who was very responsive and prompt, and was able to reach a resolution. Based on my experience with this seller I would buy from them again.

   There was a mixup where multiple copies of this game were purchased on the same day, and unfortunately I was sent one other than was pictured on my listing; however, the seller communicated with me and worked with me to make sure everything was okay in the end. Mistakes do happen, and this seller did everything they could to fix it. Thanks! Overall, a positive experience.
