Seller wrapped the item thoroughly with bubble wrap, but didn’t use enough paper, or sufficient packing material to protect the item from being broken during shipment. No “Fragile” labeling on packaging either. Contacted the seller, who offered a refund after they receive the returned broken model. Seller quickly replied when contacted, and was very polite and apologized.
