The seller offered what I wanted at a very nice price and shipped very, very fast! In fact, the seller put more effort into the packaging than was necessary to deliver the item in pristine condition! Because the Blu-ray was Region B, the seller was even considerate enough to reach out before shipping to make sure I would be able to play the disc. Excellent customer service! Unfortunately, buyer had listed for inventory they didn't have, BUT I am still happy to give full marks for communication (both at time of purchase to notify of shipping practices and when the issue presented itself) and flexibility when it came to resolving the issue. While I am sad that I wasn't able to enjoy this wonderful show, I don't doubt this seller's other inventory would be great additions to anyone's collection.
