I was treated with respect. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. My item arrived far ahead of schedule, which is impressive considering the distance from Japan. My favorite of all though. The seller had great communication and acted very professionally. I would buy Gundam blu rays from them again. Side Note: My Universal Century Timeline blu ray collection is now complete. This was far more satisfying than buying from an immoral company like Crunchyroll.

Received as described! There was a slowness problem but blaming US postage for that. The seller was willing to quickly refund the money but luckily the cd did make it to me I really wanted the cd over the refund so super pleased to receive this The Yuta cd arrived in pristine condition everything intact and at a reasonable price I would deal with this honest super seller again!
