As a collector of 1/6 scale figures, I’ve made many purchases through eBay over the years — from all kinds of sellers and countries. Unfortunately, it’s quite common to receive items with minor damage, missing parts, or poor packaging, which can be very disappointing. That’s why I felt it was important to write this message: this figure is the only one I’ve received in truly perfect condition. I was very impressed with this seller. My ‘galvatron’ arrived missing two pieces, one in each leg and the seller contacted the factory to get replacement parts at no extra cost. Fast forward a couple weeks(international shipping) and my figure is now 100% complete. Most sellers I have dealt with would have just offered a partial refund and left me to deal with it, but this seller went out of their way to make sure I got a complete figure. I will definitely be coming back again.
