   The item was exactly as described: New and in the original packaging. The seller was great at communicating, and it was shipped promptly and packaged with care! Brownie points for reducing, reusing and recycling packaging. I also appreciated the super sweet, handwritten thank you note from this seller. Overall, 10/10! I would definitely purchase from this seller again. This item had sentimental value, as my grandma had this exact clock in her house. I was so happy to find this item brand new 3

   Even though there was a delay in receiving my item due to no fault of the shipper, but of the mail process she was very gracious and assisting me and tracking the item and following its process up to the point of my delivery, not too many shippers will take the time to do that cause I have ordered many things over the years on eBay and Poshmark. I can highly recommend the seller as being very mindful and caring of what she does she was also the most reasonable in this item over other sellers

   When I received the DVD and opened it, it was broke. In the middle. Not knowing if I broke it or how it was broke, I contacted the seller and told them, I didn't want a refund, because I didn't know if I had broken it, or it was like that before I opened it. It was in a sealed plastic cover, like a new one would be. I'm not going to give anyone negative feedback for an item, that it is unknown if I broke it, or it was like that when I received it.
