Prompt shipping, well packaged, and appropriately priced! However, description was likely a copy-paste job from multiple listings, as one of the three purchased controllers was not a "probable easy fix," as stated in the listing: 1 minute of simple external inspection showed that the shell was visibly cracked and mildly warped at the rumble pack port (assumed stepped on), which is not repairable.

This is a two part shipment. This box was filled with manuals and software. It was packaged very securely. This seller seems very interested in me having a good experience. I’m buying vintage computer equipment, so I don’t really know what I’m getting. What I do know is this seller has a commitment to being fair. You couldn’t ask for a better seller.
