Figure box arrived with some damage during shipping as the shipping box was crushed and got wet, which is very unusual for a package that goes through Japan/ Canadian Post. I have never experienced this before. Fortunately the figure itself was in good condition and was protected from the water with a layer of bubble wrap. The seller listened to my concerns and quickky gave me a partial refund for the damages. I am very happy with their communication and the price was reasonable for aftermarket.

Mi valoración es más por la actitud del vendedor que de la figura. En mi caso llegó rota pero el vendedor respondió rápido ofreciendo un reembolso. La rotura no se produjo durante el transporte porqque venía bien protegida en el la caja de envío. La suerte es que la he podido pegar y no se nota la rotura. Aconsejaría al vendedor revisar los artículos antes de enviarlos y a los futuros compradores preguntar por el estado del artículo antes de hacer la compra, la descripción del anuncio es escuet

Even though it was listed as a used figure it seemed like it was brand new, the figure arrived well packaged with incredible shipping speed, the seller was very communicative which made the experience pretty smooth. Since she is an older figure she was a bit sticky, but washing her with warm water and soap and letting her dry for a bit got it out pretty easily, would recommend this seller and purchase from them again.
