It was shipped on the last day of the 10 day window given in description, but the seller communicated with me & there were just a lot of orders going out at the time. Although the item also wasn't delivered in the timeframe given, it was only a few days late. Coming from another country, I expected it could take a little longer. Signature was required, so be prepared for that if you're ordering from the US. The item itself is perfect, brand new in box, works perfectly, & my kiddo is obsessed!

Very good price, great communication from the seller, and in very good condition. The seller had explained to me some issues I had and it helped out very much. The only issue was the delivery time but I don’t think that was in anyone’s control here. Package was very nicely secured and no damages at all. It looks exactly as it does in the picture for the item being sold. The tag is still attached to the plush so you know it is new. I absolutely love this plush and everything about it.
