The seller was in constant communication and offered me a faster shipping method as Japan's postal service was going through issues and the package might had taken more time to arrive. I declined and even then, the package arrived faster than usual! so 10/10 there. It arrived safely, protected with bubble wrap underneath the cardboard. Overall, an excellent seller and an excellent experience, tottally recommended.

I was certainly happy with my purchase. I received it on the fourth day from buying it (paid express shipping), and it came functional with a charger. Might not look entirely new, but that was expected. The seller also responded and helped out with things such as the code without a problem. Overall, I found it worth buying from this seller!

Was informed by the seller that the package was lost by the shipping company. The positive feedback is because they refunded the 10 dollars even though it wasn't covered by Ebay's money back guarantee policy. Honest seller and team, would consider buying the additional fee again if I decide to purchase from them in the future.
