The figurine was exactly as described, well-secured, & received without any problems. The seller took care to also use bubblewrap around the boxed package of the figurine to prevent damage. Perhaps the only nitpitck was that the seller took a while to get back to me to confirm that the figurine had been shipped, as I assumed that it would be done within a few days. A courtesy message was sent to me to advise that due to high volumes of stock being shipped out each day, it was best to be patient.

Product was as described, shipping speed was great. Unfortunately, my item was damaged during shipping. I spoke with the seller and explained the state of the item upon arrival and was given a partial refund. Luckily the damage was small enough that I should be able to repair. The seller did an excellent job communicating with me and working with me on the issue. Things happen when shipping across the globe so I understand and appreciate the seller's effort to make it right. Thanks again!

The Miku plush I ordered arrived in absolutely perfect condition despite it being considered "used" & the seller was incredibly kind & clear about updates regarding my package! The seller really cared about making sure there was no confusion about the timeline of when my package would be shipped & when I would receive it, & I heavily appreciate how they went the extra mile to eliminate any potential doubts.
