Season 4 Blu rays of the SyFy series “Continuum” were packed very well and arrived quickly. There was just one problem with the order: the blu-ray case itself had a broken spine. Since the blu ray was sealed in its original shrink wrap, this damage was not visible prior to shipping. When I alerted the seller, he very quickly offered to give a $5 refund or to send a blank replacement case. I chose a replacement case, which was also packed well and sent quickly. Great seller, great service.

The item arrived new in shrink exactly as described. It was well packaged but unfortunately the main movie disc was scratched inside the case. Seller was quick to approve a return but when ebay's label was not accepted by the courier, the seller quickly refunded me. Absolutely A+++ experience and I will buy from them again with confidence.
