This is a dream seller. Answers inquiries immediately. After sale is made, the Snow-Joe was packed up, picked up and sent out. Sale was made on a Monday morning and it was delivered ahead of schedule on Wednesday afternoon. Granted, I won't be using the product for another few months, but I was impressed. The dvd arrived as described and advertised brand new and sealed with no damage to the case or disc and with the disc still in place! A reasonable price for a good movie! I recommend this seller and would buy from them again!
