The item itself was brand new and unopened as advertised. It was an old model and didn’t work new out of the box. When I messaged the seller they responded almost immediately. We messaged back and forth a couple times and they issued a refund within minutes. I am impressed and will happily buy from again. It was clearly not the seller’s fault that the unit was bad as it was new and still fully sealed in the clamshell packaging. Thank you for understanding and so quickly handling it.

Seller was easy to talk to and was very polite about shipping the packages. The package was delivered wrapped super well and the cartridge came clean automatically so no issues whatsoever with booting it up. The condition is pretty good for what it was described and the pins on the bottom was spotless. Only thing I can say is the price is a bit high for what the game is worth average. But with everything I mentioned above it’s worth the extra cost.
