Item arrived safe and sound with really good packaging. Appeared as shown and described in the listing, the issue stated was luckily fixed with the help of some people in a discord server. Somehow the US System Menu was installed on the Wii, explaining why it couldn't go to the settings. Since it was able to read NA discs, I modded it and managed to fix it up. A Japanese Wii acquired at a great value price.
