The item arrived in great condition! Even though the seller described the item as used, it felt like it was brand-new upon opening it. The shipping time was quite reasonable considering it was free, and they might give two tracking numbers; one is a letter for store coupons and the other the actual item. The packaging protection was okay, it could have used more protection, but the item arrived with no damage and it was free shipping. Overall I am happy with the value of the product!

I am very happy with my purchase! Not only did the figure arrive on time, but it was in near perfect condition. The package came wrapped in bubble wrap which was appreciated, and although the box edge had a slight mark (see photo), but the box and figure were overall untouched. The figure is great quality and looked just like the pictures. The tracking was also easy; overall I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this seller and will keep an eye on future items from them.
