In the story, King Ghidorah is portrayed as a sacred beast rather than a traditional villain, and this netsuke emphasizes his three-headed figure, which resembles the Western dragon emblem, making him appear more like a living creature. Comes with a wooden box and wooden tag strap. After purchasing it, I displayed it in a dark glass case along with other monster netsuke. It is in good condition with no discoloration or damage. ・This item has been in someone's hands. Item exactly as described and pictured. Item's box was intact but the shipping box was crushed. I do not fault the seller, the item was packaged very well in a sturdy box. Clearly the onus is on the delivery company. Shipping otherwise was quick. Very fair price. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
