This item is from an estate sale and I don’t know anything about it . It looks like it needs new plastic battery packs since the ones look worn and broken . The rest of the item looks to complete besides 1 of the 4 screw heads to tighten the batter box . This is in used parts on condition so has wear and tear marks scuffs scratches etc. someone who knows electronics or these items should be able to fix it . See photos please
