Messaged to let me know it had been posted out. Postage cost was reasonable. Asked to give extra time for delivery due to Xmas/New Year backlog. Very good customer service. Item arrived well protected and in great condition as described. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, but I think that was more Royal Mail's issue to be honest. I don't know if the item was good value, it was a pin for my partner and I don't really know what the going rate is, but it was certainly the cheapest I could find. Happy :)

Card arrived as described in a hard-backed envelope and in a card sleeve. This card was in a good condition. Item was dispatched on time but Royal Mail took a bit longer to get here, not the seller's fault and seemingly a common issue. When I had concerns about the delivery timing, seller was super nice and provided proof of postage up front. They posted exactly on time, no fault on their end. Would buy from this seller again any time!
