Item was as stated, the box was a bit messed up but the item itself was in perfect condition. A good amount of bubble wrap and other protective wraps were used to make sure the item wouldn't be damaged. The seller was very helpful when I had used the wrong shipping address and was able to fix it. It's definitely worth every penny I spent on it. It looks great too just like the show!. It is the real bandai one so it has amazing Quality.
