Unfortunately I accidentally got sent the incorrect version of the card at first, however the seller was quick to send out replacements. We were both then let down by the courier as they didn't arrive, but the seller was also happy and quick to fully refund the order. Thankful for how the seller reacted, can recommend despite the situation!

The card arrived well packed and in very good condition. My only criticism would be the arrival time, as this took 11 days from placing the order. I ordered this along with three other cards from 3 different sellers and they all arrived within 3 days! So, I don't understand why your dispatch time is so slow compared to other sellers.

Cards in good condition, well packaged as advertised. However, purchased on the 1st and arrives on the 12th? I know this is not Amazon but anything more than a week unless item is lost in the post is unusual? Tracking says it shipped on the 2nd Sep but Dispatch time rating says it was dispatched on the 9th? What is correct?
